Cover
Who is covered
- Every Force Motors vehicle sold on or after 1 May 2025.
- Cover runs for three years from the date of sale, and starts within 48 hours of the vehicle being enrolled.
- It applies on national highways, state highways and motorable roads across mainland India.
- Gurkha: for privately used vehicles. A Gurkha used commercially, on rental or in sports events is not covered.
What is covered
Help when the vehicle cannot be driven
Breakdown
A mechanical or electrical fault that leaves the vehicle unable to move. Minor repairs are done at the spot.
Towing
If the fault cannot be put right at the spot within 60 minutes of work, or after an accident that leaves the vehicle unfit to drive, it is towed to the nearest authorised workshop, up to 100 km.
Run-down battery
Help when the battery has run down and the vehicle will not start.
Flat tyre
Help with a flat tyre. You pay the tyre repair charge.
Out of fuel
Up to 5 litres of fuel brought to you within 25 km. You pay for the fuel.
Keys
Help if the keys are lost, broken or locked inside the vehicle.

How to get help
- Call the helpline1800 233 5000 or 1800 210 3473. Do this first: help you arrange on your own is not reimbursed.
- Give the detailsYour contact number, the vehicle's model, registration number and chassis number, the date of purchase, your dealer's name, what has happened and where the vehicle is.
- Stay with the vehicleYou, or someone you send, must stay with the vehicle until help arrives. For towing, the vehicle has to be handed over empty.
Your cost
What you pay for
- The fuel brought to you, and tyre repairs.
- Towing beyond 100 km.
- Tolls and border taxes while the vehicle is towed, and any fines if the vehicle's papers are incomplete or there is no FIR after an accident.
- A taxi, or legal or medical help the helpline arranges for you. You pay these directly.
Limits
What is not covered
- A vehicle that can still be driven. The service is for vehicles that cannot move under their own power.
- Faults that do not stop the vehicle: horn, speedometer, air conditioning, warning lights or cosmetic damage.
- Routine service, or repairs at your home or yard. The breakdown must be on a motorable public road.
- Vehicles not maintained to Force Motors' schedule, or without valid registration and insurance papers.
- Driving without a licence or under the influence, wilful damage or misuse, racing or rallying, and carrying hazardous goods.
- A replacement vehicle, or loss of business while the vehicle is off the road.

Roadside assistance does not cover vehicles that are not maintained to Force Motors' schedule. Book your periodic service at our Akola or Amravati workshop.
