What we collect

Only what you type into an enquiry or service form: your name and mobile number and, if you give them, your email address, organisation, the vehicle you are interested in, your vehicle's registration number, a preferred service date and your message.

This website does not ask for payment, bank or identity document details, and it does not set advertising or tracking cookies.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or confirm a service booking. We may contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email for that purpose.

Who sees it

Your details are emailed to our sales team or workshop for the area you choose. Enquiries from Washim are handled by our Akola branch.

We do not sell or rent your details. We share them with Force Motors Limited only where that is needed to process a booking, a warranty claim or a service request.

Services we use

The website is hosted by Cloudflare, and form submissions are processed and emailed to us through Google. These companies handle the data needed to provide those services.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and for our business records.

Your choices
